Dr. Xue (Cher) Xing
As the founder and visionary leader, Dr. Xing has a decade long experience as a tenured professor of workforce education at a R1 institution where she led workforce and career and technical education initiatives from concept to funded implementation. With expertise in grant strategy, program design, and evaluation, Dr. Xing has secured and managed funding across dozens of projects and built high-impact collaborations among schools, workforce boards, employers, and public agencies. She serves on US Department of Education, National Science Foundation, and Institute of Education Sciences grant review boards. Her expertise spans Perkins, WIOA, apprenticeship expansion, and evidence-based evaluation, now combined with grant matching and proposal development to help clients move faster from ideas to awards to measurable outcomes. She is deeply committed in ensuring our clients receive the best support possible.
